Background:
ESTPRO was found in 1989. At first we were members of MLS and later RNS (Residential Network System). Today RNS has more than100 agencies on the East Rand (Kempton Park, Benoni, Boksburg, Brakpan & Springs).
We are currently working in all 22 areas of Kempton Park.
Marianda de Villiers (Principal) is for the past 19 years a member of the Institute of Estate Agents.
In 2001 Marianda was Business woman of the year.
For the past 8 years Estpro received the ABSA Golden Award for the most approved bonds in Kempton Park. In 2007 Estpro achieved Standard Bank (Platinum), Nedbank (Silver) and First National Bank (Silver).
More than 45 million rands worth of bonds in
2006 /2007.
It is now our 8th year in the Top Ten on the East Rand. We regularly attend Conferences and Seminars to stay on top of changes in the estate and financial market.

We see the building contract or the Offer to Purchase through to the end when our clients take occupation. All problems are being handled with our clients, builders or sellers on a personal level.

Development Marketing:
We have a pre-launch where we invite all of our property investors. We run ads in the Kempton Express and in the Property Trader. We will print 20 000 pamphlets and have an exclusive launch. We show it every weekend until it is completely sold out. If the development is priced according to market tendencies our success rate is 75% sold-out on launched date.
Property and Development Marketing:
Estpro Estates markets the property seven days a week from our offices. Window ads in offices and an advertisement board in front of Glen Acres Superspar, as well as a “FOR SALE” marketing board in front of the property.
Show weekends:
Property:
Saturdays or Sundays: 14:00 – 17:00 on property
At least one show weekend per month.
Developments:
Every weekend until it is completely sold out.
